GiftByTicket (referred to as "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") is a digital promotions and deals platform operated under Indian law. Our primary business is:

• Coupon & Deal Distribution: Delivering verified discount coupons and offers from partner brands to registered users.
• Local Business Promotions: Promoting local businesses through digital offer campaigns.
• Campaign Processing Services: Charging a nominal service fee (₹29) for processing campaign registrations and delivering coupon bundles.
• Complimentary Lucky Draws: Running free-to-enter lucky draws as a promotional activity for our user community.

By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

The ₹29 Service Fee is charged for:

• Processing your campaign registration
• Delivering a guaranteed coupon bundle worth ₹100–₹1,800+ from verified partner brands
• Providing platform access and deal discovery services

What you are NOT paying for:

• You are NOT paying to enter a lottery or gamble
• You are NOT paying for a chance to win a prize
• The lucky draw is a free promotional benefit — you receive it regardless of payment

Free Entry: Users may register without payment and receive a basic coupon + lucky draw entry at no cost. Paid participants receive a larger, premium coupon bundle.

All service fees are inclusive of applicable taxes where collected.

Lucky draws on GiftByTicket are free promotional activities governed by the following rules:

• Eligibility: Any registered user (paid or free) is eligible for the lucky draw.
• Selection Method: Winners are selected using cryptographic randomization. The process is logged and auditable.
• Audit Trail: All draws maintain a public audit trail including total participants, random seed, winning ticket number, and selection timestamp.
• Winner Announcement: Winners are announced on the platform within 48 hours of draw closure.
• Prize Claim: Winners must claim prizes within the specified deadline. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn.
• No Purchase Necessary: As per legal requirements, no purchase is necessary to participate in the lucky draw.
• Skill Element: There is no skill element — this is purely a random selection.

• Coupons are issued digitally upon successful registration or payment.
• Each coupon has a specific validity period. Expired coupons cannot be used or exchanged.
• Coupons are non-transferable and linked to the registered user's account.
• Coupon values represent the maximum discount available. Actual savings depend on applicable products and minimum order conditions.
• GiftByTicket is not responsible for merchant refusal of coupons due to merchant-side technical issues.
• Coupon bundles may vary between campaigns. The specific coupons for each campaign are shown on the campaign detail page.

• You must be 18 years or older to register and participate.
• You must provide accurate mobile number and name during registration.
• One account per mobile number. Multiple accounts for the same user will be disqualified.
• Employees of GiftByTicket and their immediate family members are not eligible for lucky draws.
• We reserve the right to verify identity before prize delivery.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage in draws
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Misrepresenting identity or contact information
• Attempting to manipulate draw results
• Reselling or transferring coupons
• Using coupons in a manner inconsistent with brand partner terms

Violations may result in immediate account termination and disqualification from all campaigns.

• GiftByTicket is a platform service. We are not manufacturers of prize products.
• Prize quality and delivery is managed directly with respective winners.
• We are not liable for technical failures beyond our control (internet outages, payment gateway issues).
• Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid (₹29).
• Lucky draws are conducted in good faith. Results are final and binding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

This platform operates in compliance with the:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 (our model does not constitute a prize chit scheme)
