Our Commitment
Since we deliver guaranteed coupon bundles immediately upon payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly. Please contact us within 24 hours of payment for any concerns.

1. Refund Eligibility

Not selected as lucky draw winner ✗ No Draw result is not a basis for refund; coupons are the purchased service
Payment made for wrong campaign ~ Partial Contact within 24 hrs; we may transfer or refund at discretion
Coupon code not working at merchant ~ Partial We will provide replacement coupon or partial credit

2. Refund Timeframe

  • Request Window: All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment for digital goods, or within 7 days for technical payment failures.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days via Razorpay back to the original payment method.
  • Bank Delay: Additional 2-5 days may be taken by your bank to credit the refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@giftbyticket.com within the eligible timeframe
  2. Include your registered mobile number and Razorpay payment/order ID
  3. Describe the issue briefly
  4. Our team will respond within 24 business hours

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Not winning the lucky draw — the draw result is not a purchasable outcome
  • Disqualification due to Terms of Service violations
  • Requests made after the 24-hour window for digital goods
  • Free registrations (no payment was made)
  • Coupons that have been used or activated

5. GST & Tax on Refunds

If GST has been collected on the service fee, refunds will include the GST amount where applicable, as per Indian tax laws. A credit note will be issued for GST-inclusive refunds upon request.
